I had an excellent experience with this family nurse practitioner. She was extremely accommodating, receptive, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. Listened to my problem and scheduled some testing to be done while I was there to better assess the problem vs making a snap judgment. Scheduled a follow up visit after test read. Test performed by a very proficient nursing attendant that knew the equipment and set up for my test. Also explained the various potential concerns that the test would be evaluating. He was a pleasant surprise, seemed very familiar with my medical history, and suggested just a minor change in follow-up care. There was no rush, or time limit on my visit, I am aware of.
